We are telling you, is all about collaborations these days. Designers + Retailers, Designers+Designers…. is an epidemic, but we are comfortable with it.
In honor to Bridal season, we have the news that TopShop will be launching a bridal line that will be part of their “Studio” section designed by Richard Nicoll. Not many details have been said but Vogue UK is reporting that it will be available in June and will feature Richard’s signature structural silhouettes, and delicate fabrics. As they reported, it will be a “modern alternative to meringue culture.” FYI, meringue couture means the puffy princess dress look-a-like Kim Kardashian’s Vera Wang wedding dress; meaning the designs will have a more minimalistic look, simple cuts but exquisite in constructions, hey! at the end is another version of meringue.
Prices haven’t been talked, but we are expecting something similar to TopShop affordable prices.
We will keep you posted on any new updates we receive,
